Welcome
Wooden Cross is a welcoming, Christ-centered community believing in grace and living in service and faith. We are a congregation of people established as an extended family to worship and share our faith through fellowship and a learning environment. We welcome everyone. The journey through life is not without its twists and turns, its ups and downs, its joys and sorrows. We make this journey together, as we are while within the sight and grace of GOD. |

Fellowship |
| While worship is the main event on Sunday, there are many opportunities each day throughout the week to share in this community and enjoy the fruits of life. |
Lutherans don't just worship. We enjoy many activities that provide time to share, relax, laugh and generally make life a richer experience. |

| A special message from our pastor |
Thanks for finding us on the internet. It is a great way to learn a little bit about our church, but not as good as showing up on a Sunday morning. I think one of the reasons God made so many churches is because God made so many people. Everyone is different and not every church fits every person. But when you show up on Sunday morning and listen to the sermons, sing the hymns and drink the coffee, you get a pretty good idea if it is the place for you. I think Wooden Cross has a lot to offer. Our Sunday morning services are filled with energy and wonderful music (adult choir, bell choir, organ music and old familiar hymns). We are active in the community and committed to making a difference all over the world. We serve lunches to the homeless in Seattle, we are building Habitat For Humanity homes in Snoqualmie and Yakima, and through “Adopt-a-Road” we clean up the highway in front of our church twice a year. Globally, we collect and send school and health supplies overseas to people in need. Our Sunday school children participate in the Heifer Read-to-Feed Program which works with communities and churches to end hunger and poverty and to care for the earth. We offer Christians education classes for every age and good Lutheran coffee after each service. Give us a try and open your heart and mind to the Holy Spirit. This might be the place for you.
